Healthy quick bell peppers

Are you busy tonight? LOL, if your a mom you most likely are:)
This is fast and healthy for the family.

  • -bell peppers
  • 1 t olive oil
  • 1 lb organic ground beef
  • 1/2 cup black beans rinsed and drained
  • 1 cup cooked quinoa
  • 1 jar salsa
  • 2 t taco seasoning
  • salt and pepper to taste

1- preheat oven to 375

2- in a skillet cook the ground beef, olive oil

3- mix in quinoa, black beans and salsa and taco mix

4- cut peppers in half and fill with filling

5- bake 25-30 min

YUMMY!! This is one of my family favourites!!!
