Are you digesting your food?

Did you know I never used to be able to digest my food?
I was doing ” everything right” And taking all the right stuff and yet I was still sick. WHY?

This little thing called Enzymes can make all the difference…

We eat food, but our digestive system doesn’t absorb food, it absorbs nutrients. … Digestive enzymes, primarily produced* in the pancreas and small intestine, break down our food into nutrients so that our bodies can absorb them.

If your not breaking down the food guess what?

Some things to help
Drink water between meals to prevent digestive enzymes from being diluted. Drink ginger tea to stimulate brush border and pancreatic enzymes after meals or before bed. Cook and prepare foods with coconut oil to stimulate the lipase enzyme and support fat digestion.
